Yes, therapy is confidential, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of abuse that require mandatory reporting.

Your first session usually involves discussing your background, concerns, and goals for therapy.

Therapy is not just about what happens during sessions—it’s also about how you process and apply what you’ve learned in your daily life.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair scheduling and to respect both your time and ours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a cancellation fee (€30).

No-Show (missed session without notice): will be charged the full session fee.

  • Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future sessions.
