Julie Golden holds a BA (Honours) in Counselling & Psychotherapy and is a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) practitioner. As a professional member of the Association of Professional Counsellors & Psychotherapists (APCP), she is committed to maintaining high ethical standards and delivering evidence-based support.

Her work is guided by deep empathy and professional expertise, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care. Julie has supported individuals through a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, grief, burnout, major life transitions, overwhelm, and self-sabotage.
